Am i the only one that likes browne better then inu ? sure inu has more spark but he will consistently have up and down games , while browne was consistent and solid every single game, plus i hope we don't have perret and inu together again next season , that right side defense was horrid all season , i hope something has been done to fix it.

I cant agree just cause brown is slow doesnt mean hes solid he constantly knocked on which led to tries

i'd like to see hoff/phillips/inu/morris/lafai, just for one game, just to see what happens...thats if the hoff is here of course.
I like the idea of Lafai on the wing outside Morris. Lafai is clearly a first grader and also clearly is a left sided player. He fends with his right hand, and steps off his left foot, which means right centre is an awkward spot for him. I have said this before that provided he gets some training in how to catch a bomb, wing can be his spot. JMOZ is also more comfortable on the left side, but if one of them HAD to move to right centre JMOZ would be the one. Thus my backline if Hoffman is at #1, is Hoffman, Perrett, Inu, Morris, Lafai. Before the Semi Final against the Knights, I thought Mitch Brown was an adequate first grade winger. However that purile attempt he made to catch that bomb that let Uate stroll in showed a lack of commitment. Wingers these days have to be as good as fullback when it comes to catching bombs. Remember 2011 when all our back three were suspect and we were continually turning over possession from high kicks? That has to be avoided at all costs.

My wish list would be the following

FB 1. Hoffman
LW 2. Lafai
LC 3. Morris
RC 4. Jamie Lyon who is still off contract for 2014
RW 5. Inu

Can anyone confirm if Stanley prefers left or right?
Des might be looking at him for a right edge spot. Our right edge was our biggest weakness last season and needs to be fixed.

I will be very cross with Des if this isn't what he goes with. But somehow I think Mitch will still be there.

Even with Hoffman, it's an average looking back line if you ask me and is a long way behind teams like the Roosters, Souths or Manly.

Looks very solid to me...a chain is only as strong as its weakest link - Barber 2013

Big call brother... Without Inglis souths are shit,, without stewart manly is shit and the roosters do not have a great backline.. They just play well.
