How do you deal with sticky beak neighbours

Bash him ullehhh

na I’m not mad at him, he tried to rock the boat buying that car.. when he bought it he was basically standing out on the street with his cock out.. he thought he took the title of best car in the street..

but it lasted a week.. my new car got delivered and he ran for cover, ran for his life.

you gotta put neighbours back in their box, early on

Actually I have to congratulate my renter neighbour.. my other neighbour who parks his utes everywhere parked outside the renters neighbour house. The renter parks his car outside my house then marches over to the other neighbours house and says if he could move his Ute as he has a council pickup.. the Ute neighbour comes out to move his Ute and couldnt park outside my house as the renters car blocked it.. after he moves the Ute the renter then Moves his car away from out front of my house.. he played cat and mouse with the neighbour and the renter out manoeuvred him..

plus the renter was getting rid of his rubbish with a council pickup so I do t need to look at it..

Am I wrong about renters? Could there be some good ones?

Boosty, you're never wrong. You even said that you're not speaking on behalf of all renters, so you've already covered yourself ;)

Renters are volatile, they will go to church on Sunday and then Monday commit every sin

I’m lucky my neighbors are great. In the past where I used to live, i would put up with all sorts and more.

Do I need to start another educational thread about televisions? @Bazildog

Nah..

Funny how you're talking about your neighbour's new car, forcing you to buy a newer car.
Was on the opposite side of that a few weeks ago, so just purchased a massive fucking ship (you do know the difference between a boat and a ship, right?), which I'm going to park outside his house too!

Renter neighbour next to him thinks it hilarious and has promised to collude with me against this nosey know-it-all prick!
Stupid fuck even reckons he has a dog, yet no one's seen it.
I suspect if he has one, it's one of those handbag dogs and he walks it at 2am in shame, hoping no one notices.

What’s wrong with a TCL telly?:anguished:
Nothing. But according to the op they are shit, associated mentions several times in his previous renter rants
They ARE shit. We have one (secondary TV though) and it's had problems from day 1. They response time from the remote to the tv has been slow since day 1, and more recently, the apps crash without warning and the lagging has started. Lagging has nothing to do with our internet connection though. We even found out recently that the TV does not even update it's own firmware automatically... you need to actually log a ticket with them, and they'll send you the new firmware (via dropbox) and you download it and manually install it on the TV. In fact the only reason we got that is because the Mrs wanted a Google TV.

Their customer service is also shit. They said the reason these problems were had with the TV is because of our internet connection (which wasn't the case) and they completely ignored the apps crashing and slow response time from the remote.

Now they have sent a new motherboard from Melbourne to a TV repair company here to change the motherboard. FFS I've had enough of it.

If I listed to the Boost from day one I wouldn't be in this mess. It's my own fault, and @Blue_boost was correct.

OK, OK,
Well talk about karma.

This is a sad story, and to be honest I get no satisfaction from this
They have 2 little kids,

Anyway, her hubby developed a gambling addiction and was secretly wasting money on gambling.
She was wondering why they couldn't afford things anymore and what not and they were starting to financially struggle.

She found out about his gambling and had a big blow up.
Anyway a few months after things were still difficult,
Bring the snoop She is she hacked into his phone and into his emails to see his bank statements.

She discovered more than gambling

She discovered he was frequently going to Asian massage parlors

She looked into the places he was going and they are the happy ending variety.

He denied getting happy endings, said was just getting massages.

She accepted that story but obviously had suspicion.

Any a few more months pass and she is still suspicious.
Old mate had changed his phone code so she couldn't hack his phone.

But she did notice an unfamiliar phone number frequently called and received calls on his car screen when his phone sync to the car.

She memorised the number and decided to call it,
It was a lady voice and she hung up.

She suspected, her hubby having an affair
The irony right....

So eventually she discovered his phone pin and got back into his phone.

Discovered text messages, dirty photos and the like.
Hubby was having an affair with this lady, and others.

She came over to our house telling my wife all about it and she did apologise for accusing me of being a cheating hubby, and noted she should have been looking closer in her own backyard.

Talk about, glass houses haha

Honestly, I feel bad for their little kids
They are separating now and nothing good will come of it.

What a noob. Who uses their card to pay for hookers?

just be careful trusting that renter neighbour… trying to collide with a renter and expect him to hold his end of the deal? Are you kidding? He will gut you like a pig if there is a dollar to be split

he is already doing deals with the neighbour that upset you.. renters are for hire to the highest bidder.

They were really shit years ago back when I was in AV. Heard they had improved since then but if not they are a cheap Chinese brand equivalent to Chang hong, so what more do you expect?

Not really debating that, just letting others know that TCL is crap - they really do have problems with their TV's (from what I've experienced). I thought that as it was the secondary TV it would be ok as it wasn't used much. Boy was I wrong.

Fair call, each to their own.

Hence why they are cheap, like those Aldi Kogan smart tvs that keep breaking

I haven't had a Kogan TV so I can't say for sure, but they (Kogan) had an ad once saying their TV's internal components are the same as TV's such as Samsung etc... so they're meant to be as good as them. Not sure how true that is though.
