Well we got the strength and conditioning coach from Penrith, and they're going pretty good. I'm happy.

Like some have stated, our fitness is putrid. I reckon they get to training and the coach says "do a couple of laps boys". They jog around the field for a couple of laps and then go on to focus on their 1 out hit ups for 5 tackles then practice the mid field bomb. Hit the showers and go back to Pays to play FIFA

Oh no... ps5 is due out just after preseason starts..

It’s a good clean out of the staff a fresh approach it what we all wanted a new staff across the board and now they can get a program happening ready to kick ass next campaign.

This one has me a bit stumped as well. I assume rather than being the guy who hands out the hormone patches, he assists players prepare to transition between squads if they look to be promoted?

Based on a resume loaded with working with Juniors/ U20s I’d say he’s going to be working closely with the development squad and pathways up into first grade. Much needed after a clear lack of leadership there under the Des/ Dib/ Castle regime.

Good to know we're ready to roll for the next pre season. I don't know what each of these guys bring to the table. But we're in a situation where nobody among the coaching & conditioning system has favorites. So you'd assume that none of the players are in a position to rest on their laurels.

His results have been poor at his previous clubs, a lot of training injuries, etc. Just doesn't look impressive at all.
