Perham followed dogs and bulldogskennel on Instagram recently so good as done deal I'd say. I can't say I rate him from what I've seen but he can play fullback, wing, centre and five-eighth and with Mahoney being a 80 minute hooker and Topine being extended Perham could be an ideal 14.

yeah you are right there...
Lol..simple math...... 350 does not go into 17 ( well it does 0.04857142857 )and the salary cap based on the minimum wage would be 38,500,000 just a bit more than the NRL would allow...

Although no one knows yet what the cap will be next year...
