Utilities have the ability to log into smart meters and can load shed if required. Have heard of this happening in Qld when big power consumption days, and grid not being up to spec, residents had there air cons turned off remotely

Bullshit hey @chemdog. I can understand a power outage caused by network failure. Yet intentionally shedding at premises is not on. Especially with the continued crap on reliance upon renewals. Will become the norm imo

doubt that will happen under the ausgrid network in Sydney but still disgusting that they can actually do that

I’m more worried about happens if all the Miami BBLs get washed into the water.
