"FOOOOOOD!" Post your culinary masterpieces here!

Did you like it

I like that it is done within 20 odd mins

Depends on how you like the veggies

I made it again & added other veggies.

It seems hotter as leftovers
My TRC. Chicken, pumpkin, snake beans, holy basil. And none left.

Its a cost effective wok. My next dish im preppin is in the fancy cookware.
I had a non stick wok - took forever to heat up and was meh. So did some research and bought a $60 wok off Amazon. Little did I know at the same time the missus had bought me a $600 non stick wok for Xmas. When it arrived she had the shits and I made her return it.

Fck her - the $60 Amazon ticks all boxes. Bigger, heats well and quick, can throw it around and easy to clean. Just gotta season it every so often. Not dissing the cheap stuff if done right.

Just ate brisket loaded fries for lunch. Yummmmmo

I smoked the brisket 2 days ago. It was a bit tough, probably undercooked. I only have the basic thermometer in my cheap arse smoker to go off so… anyway, last night I had the epiphany that sous viding might be a good way to tenderise it, so I did so for 2 hours at 76c and it was much better.

Chips topped with chopped brisket, hickory and brown sugar bbq sauce and mayo.

How goods a friday night win, everything tastes better!!!
