I chose poultry because I eat more chicken then other meat, also I fucking love duck!!!
But pork is a very close second and pork belly gets me every time.
I cook a mean pork belly dish!!!

Which reminds me..I went to a Chinese restaurant the other day and ordered some curry chicken and rice..as I’m driving home I see some movement in the bag and I catch a glimpse of these eyes..I’m thinking shit it’s a rat..anyway I get home and I open up the bag really slow..and what do you know they’ve stuffed up my order..yeah..it wasn’t a rat or curry chicken and rice..it was a Peeking Duck!

Duck is good but it's a very strong, distinct flavour. So it can't go with as many different sauces and ingredients as chicken can.

Try making a grilled duck breast burger. It just doesn't work.
