Southgate fucked up, subbed in “specialist penalty takers” only for them to miss . Those players would have had added pressure knowing you’ve been subbed just for penalty shootout.
And who lets a 19 year told the final penalty in a shootout final ?
Anyway, Italy deserved to win this tournament, they were very good and have been playing well the last couple of years.
