Opinion Drop Burton for 1 game

He ran well today but every other aspect of halves play is awful. At the end of the day our forwards and defence are the two big issues and that isn't changing midseason with a fee players getting dropped.

I know its weird to say this.. but i think an example needs to be made here to the playing group by dropping a big name player
We did this years ago with josh morris who was dropped for 1 game

None of the 3 halves today were the problem. All 3 of them did good things. We made at least 5 or 6 half breaks that could have easily been tries if Mahoney and the outside backs didn't keep panicking and putting shit grubbers in or could draw and pass.

The soft forward pack and shocking defence is the main issue.

Nah je played ok. My only positives from the game were Kiraz and fox seem to be getting back to full fitness. Can't make crazy changes to backline. I would only do one of two things. Drop Perham or alamotti. Probably alamotti as our edge defence is just paper thin. So for next week Inwould go alamotti for burns. Following week Perham for Wilson or Rajab. Along with that need to sort out our forwards that is where we really lost . Need to bring in either Tanner or Sutton maybe both. Also against teams with a big pack we need to play 4 forwards if we play Morrin. I would play King, Sutton, Pele, TPJ, Morrin and Nu brown or Edwards and Waddell. Starting with King, Sutton and Nu..Ok dropped not sure who for...Hopefully RFM if back don't know if Katoa is ready.

What are you on about? Burton has been shit 90% of the year.

I'd rather develop Rajab & KO for the rest of the season since the finals are out of the equation.

TPJ shouldn’t be dropped. His game should be simple that’s on CC to sort out.

tpj just doesn’t learn. We need to ship him out. A fresh start for both parties is needed.

right now our team is too fragile to carry around a player who can be 10/10 on his best day but on his worst day, his efforts lead directly to opposition tries.

Powder puff pack, it's like Napa & Sharon never left. There is a lack of hard running and tackle technique.

Karl Oloapu has better tackle technique than most of our forwards lol

TPJ is our best go forward the coach needs to get the best out of him he has to harness it.

I said Mahoney was a liability defensively, people on here said it wasn't a problem though because he "offered other things". Our hooker and highest paid prop are bad defenders, that's where our biggest problem starts
