I feel your pain and Pay definitely isnt doing himself any favors so far, and for onfield effort I would give him a fail.
But..
It we had Henry for example, you know what, yes we might have won a few more games but that's it, just a few more games. We still wouldn't even be close to challenging for premiership. We still have a fucked up team.
I hate Pay so far but no other coach would be able to conjure a miracle. If we had good halves and hooker and a fullback, wait a sec, that's what you call a spine, and we went shit then yeah I would call for his sacking. He doesn't have that available to him so it's a bit unfair to call for his sacking.
He does have the vision for what the club needs going forward though. That's more than Hasler and Dib ever had

I believe Mbye has signed for the tigers and should be released early, yesterday's game showed his mind is elsewhere didn't
look for space, didn't support up, didn't rush in defence costing 2 tries.

By letting Mbye leave now the players can start focusing knowing a large issue of are salary cap problems are solved, and let's face it we are rebuilding so why wait till next year if he is not gonna be part of are future.

Too many NSW cup level players and fringe first graders in the entire squad as well as a few others without the heart / guts to lift.
Fix the salary cap fix the squad then make judgement on Pay.
Move on Mbye Woods Montoya Lichaa Hopoate.
Lewis, although not blessed with attacking talent, has a real go in Reggies, something a few others lack. Ogden has kept improving as well.
