This doesn't seem like a good thing for NRL coverage.
Maybe not - but the long run could see them unifying the absolutely unnecessary amount of subscriptions required to watch your favourite teams in various sports.
Just in Australia alone, to watch the EPL, the NRL, NFL, NBA and say - some of the other top Soccer leagues, you would require:
- Kayo
- Foxtel
- Optus Sport
- NFL pass
- NBA pass
- Stan Sports for European leagues
- Paramount (FA cup)
Imagine a world - 1 subscription - EPL, NRL, NFL, La Liga etc etc... that'd be worth some coin tbh.
I’d rather not pay for sports I don’t watch, I’m fine with Kayo as it stand but if it were to bump up costs to include other services than that’s a different story.

Wrong again Doofus.@DinkumDog you tried to argue that foxtel was in great shape and netflix was in trouble lol, now after presenting the sorriest sports line up, they are through competing for sports rights and have given up
kayo and foxtel the same thing and optus has gained the fa cup so your list is a little long
I think it’s the opposite.Might be the kick up the arse the nrl needs to finally setup its own game pass.
I can’t see DAZN paying them like Foxtel has been.

Poor streaming and price hikes.
