Rabada did it to Smith just before the Cape Town incident and the proteas got him off by accusing the match referee of racism. I don’t really like the term race card, but hard to find another term for how South Africa got out of that one. I’d imagine match refs are pretty reluctant to impose suspensions in light of that absolute farce.
