Cotric was a desperate rushed high priced signing as board were desperate to claim a big scalp signing.
Cotric at best is a solid winger, never a centre and not more than 350k.
Paying him 600k was stupid but they were desperate.
Anyway he is off our books as of 2023.

I loved Cotric and kid had enormous potential coming through the grades.

Im glad we don't have him anymore, but I'm really disappointed that he wasnt playing centre ever since he came into first grade. It was his best position, but he's just a overpaid winger now.

I know players get position changes all the time when they make the NRL, Reuben Garrick is another, he was a gun left through grades, but hasn't played there at all in NRL.
