MG steps up fight against NRL Memes
The next step in Mark Geyer’s defamation case against the NRL Memes Facebook page will play out over the next week.
The alleged administrator of NRL Memes – Fouad Ghosn - is being sued for allegedly defaming Geyer’s daughter Montanna in a post in March.
The post alleged Ms Geyer was the woman featured in a sex tape involving former Panther Tyrone May.
She was not involved.
Ghosn has until June 27 – next Thursday – to file his defence to the claims.
The matter will then return to court on September 5.
An angry Geyer, who has enlisted Brydens Lawyers, has vowed to fight the case all the way to the bitter end.
