Word is that Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad is weighing up his options and is considering leaving the Raiders as he doesn't see himself as a centre, which is where he's been told by coach Stuart he will be playing next year.

He considers himself to be a Fullback and is having a sniff around for a potential move.

Charns is one of the most respectful players in the playing group and would be an asset to any team trying to build a good culture.

IMO, he's definitely worth a sit down at the table at very least.

Your thoughts???

Yes. 2019 he was amazing, one of the best fullbacks in the competition considering where he came from, he was probably the surprise of the season. 2020 slightly below that that but still good. He's been injured all this year so we can't include him with this current Raiders mess. The only negative really is he can't ball play too well. He's a strong ball runner, 100% effort and shows great desperation in defence. A very solid option for the right price (currently on a bargain deal at the Raiders). Not sure why the Raiders wouldn't keep him, and play him fullback (it doesn't make sense from the outside).

He’ll be like Allan. Went good in a good team at the time, but will get found out massively with us.

Who are raiders going to run at fullback long term in this case?

Definitely worth meeting with him to see how his neck injury is recovering. As some have said, it's a hard one to come back from but can't close the door without a conversation.

They see Bailey Simonson as their long term 1.

They want to play him & Kris in the centres but their biggest issue seems to be how do they push out long serving club legend Jarrod Crocker amicably without upsetting the apple cart.

Ontop of giving Josh Hodgson a stern shove, you can see how benching & resting their co-captains has effected their season.

Unless he puts on 25kg and starts playing in the second row, no thanks. Decent player but just now what we need at the moment
