No one would take him without paying freight. The best bet is to just stay patient with him and wait for him to do something dumb on the piss and tear his contract up.
The club should have drug tested him straight after the lichaa missus incident. These blokes are light weights on the piss. As if he was still 'up' and 'tongue-ing" after 18 hours on the piss. Lol, lol, lol. Club could have got the tests results and terminated like the roosters do.

It was reported that the new board made a policy of not paying players to play for another club.
I feel that this policy may have to be watered down a little for the good of the club.

Kelp, i think that was an Anderson board directive, not a Khoury board one.

Adam Elliot and DWZ for Hudson Young and Harley Smith Shields would be ideal.

Warriors were probably planning to use him as a backup like they are doing with Montoya. He just fills in gives you 100 percent effort when your main players go down with injury, they fill and do a job.

I know that this will have been suggested/tried before, but let's say that the rest of Ellliot's contract payments amounted to $1.0 million. If we raised $1.0 million via a gofundme campaign, could we use it to pay out Elliot, he resigns under his contract and the Club gets to use the cap space/actual money to sign a decent player?
Could u imagine how many clubs would be out there doing that,if it was feasible,a legal minefield.

It seems like there was genuine interest from Parra the first time and Saints or Warriors last time. He did play Country Origin, so some other club will sign him even though we know he's trash.

Even Montoya found another club and he's somehow played most of the season.
They might have been interested but not for the amount his manager claimed, and not for the amount elliott thinks he is worth

Who ever tried to low-ball him as he claimed during the last contract negotiations was doing the right thing. Baz just had to call him up and convince him to stay...

One potential swap that would be accepted straight away imo but would be a massive risk is Elliot for Curtis Sironen. Guys had his fare share of injuries, but great when he's on.

It makes you wonder how much the incident with Lichaa has affected the paying group.

Maybe we can find the team's bus driver, drop him a few pineapples and say that he "forgot" to pick him up on game day.
