If he came back it would be a depth signing. There was a point where he was very promising, mostly before FG, he needs to do in FG what he did in the juniors and he willl be good.
He was in our squad and produced nothing. No complaints from anyone when he left. And the last thing we need now is a 15 minute performer.Cool story. Easily walks into our starting squad.
Would honestly struggle to name one he wouldn’t.
15 minute performer? You're taking the fucking piss, he was one of the best frontrowers in the game last season and averaged around 50 minutes a game. Averaged over 160m, 1300+ post contact metres, leading offloader in the NRL, 80+ tackle breaks. He was in our squad and produced nothing. No complaints from anyone when he left. That makes no sense. Firstly Burr signed with the Titans during the 2014 season, the year we made the grand final and Perrett made his NRL debut. It was not until 2016 that Perrett fell out with Des and Burr had already been with the Titans for a yearHe always wanted to play for the doggies only left because Des wouldn't give anyone a chance like Lloyd Perrett.
Burr left because he had no chance of making our FG side. He had Frankie, TRex, Finucane, JJ just to name a few in front of him and couldn't see an opening given we we made the GF in 2012 and the semis in 2013. He looks fit but his stats from the ESL although OK aren't outstanding. He's only a stocking filler who gets a chance to impress. Hopefully he will as it seems that Pay is looking for those types of forwards with a bit of mongrel in them and he seems to fit the bill. That makes no sense. They all look a lot leaner but with more muscle then they did last season. Jacko has always been big but this off season his arms look a lot bigger then before. Just wish Klemmer would try to put on more muscle, he is already a beast but if he was bigger he would by far and away be the best front rower in the game and near impossible to stop.Looking at those pics and some of the others on the page the boys look fit.
I've always thought that too. He looks small up top compared to his legs. Usually it's the other way around I hate leg day lol. They all look a lot leaner but with more muscle then they did last season. I know when he left but the previous comment that Burr left because Des was snubbing people like Perrett was just false. Our pack was stacked that year and it's so annoying we didn't win any flags with the team we hadBurr left because he had no chance of making our FG side. Yep, we had the chance but couldn't go the extra yard needed. Hopefully this year we start the turnaround and get back up to the top again.I know when he left but the previous comment that Burr left because Des was snubbing people like Perrett was just false.
