Word at the game, Both front rowers been injured since the newcastle draw. Todd had lost 8 kilos from sort of sickness and Cox was getting a back treated all week. Thus the bench starts
ok - early in the year they both looked good, only have seen the tries from yesterday - lots of arm grabbing

Just watched the highlights from the game against Canberra - the two dogs front rowers defense early in the comp was strong - yesterday they started from the bench and based on highlights forgot how to tackle.
The winger from Canberra - Kaylib Savage - genuine speed.

An issue across all grades at the Dogs is genuine speed and urgency with the ball.
Is he related to Xavier Savage both at raiders

Xavier is something special

One id like to think we could target and force Canberra's hand. They have plenty of good backs in their reserves. Smith-Shields, Valemei, Timoko, Kris, Savage.

It's a shame such a great season is ending this way.. At least there are a few serious prospects that we have in these junior teams that can hopefully keep progressing and developing through the grades.

Congrats to Paul Alamoti on his selection in the NSWCCC U18 side to contest the NSW All Schools Tri Series in late June.

What are the chances he will be in our top 30 next year?
A chance at a development spot if Karaitiana is likely cut. But behind BBO at this stage.

Yeah behind BBO for sure. He definitely reminds me of a little Baa. Always pushing up and supporting through the middle which is great to see.

Congrats to Rajab. He has a tonne of skill and the potential to be a long term half for us. His game is developing nicely. Hopefully he takes another step in Flegg next season.
