Crying over spilt milk tbh... Understand and take 2023 for what it was... A year of demo work as well as prioritizing planning for the future whilst working on a system.

It will take time so I wouldn't even be worrying about 2024 rather there should be a slight improvement if the players are willing to go around again knowing there is a good chance they wont be there in September again.

Reinstating a club culture, building a squad for a system isn't an overnight thing and whoever doesn't understand that concept, well then best leave and come back when we are winning.

If we're only getting slight improvement in results and performances in 2024 then Ciraldo won't be here for 2025.

Acting like fans are glory supporters and should only come back when we're winning is absurd. The fans are the ones who have watched every game the last 7 years and are still here after no finals and so many different coaches and administrations. No one expects us to win the comp or even make the finals but if you and other people think we can't do any better than give up 40 a game then those fans have a worse loser mentality than any of the players they want to try and throw under the bus..

Drunkenfield, must be ecstatic over all the upheaval. Let's not let all the noise deflect from our poor performance this year. Can't not wrapped our under achievement total on the bad culture of some players. There needs to be thought on where our strategies fell away, how our fitness levels not good enough, with all this supposedly wrestling why so many one-one missed tackles, why our backline were constantly caught out in defense, why there was no urgency in chasing kicks, why our fullbacks were constantly out of position, why there was little creativity in the team. All the above is an easy fix by simply changing the culture. From top to bottom a complete review is needed from recruitment, pathways, how to keep retain promising players, defensive strategy etc. CC Still needs to see what went well & what he needs to change to be effective next year.

If it's players like RFM and Topine then they've barely been in the team all year anyway. So that still doesn't explain or excuse the results the last few months or explain why our highest paid rep calibre players like Burton, Kikau, Fox and Mahoney have regressed so badly. Those guys will be here long term and have been part of the problem.

If Ciraldo can't get the best out of them, will they all be moved on too? They all deserve blame for their shocking effort and defensive performances but at the same time we've seen them play a lot better than this. Surely it's fair to wonder why Ciraldo hasn't gotten more out of our best players.

He had a shoulder problem and a cleanout was performed. Done now for an uninterrupted preseason.

Mate remember the time Folkesy and Johnson made players cycle to Canberra when they were not named to play? Could you imagine the whingeing of the current squad if the same was asked of them in circumstances by the current coach.

To try and infer bullying was at hand is a bit of a stretch. Other r certain coaches have asked extra of their players and issued punishments for non attendance or lateness at training. If you are told to be there at a specific time you are there not a minute late.
