we rely on james graham alot, we do need to try really hard to keep him

but if he did leave, i don't think the world would end, positional wise we have some props coming up, leadership wise we've got plenty and losing him would obviously give us cash to spend elsewhere

as i said, don't wanna lose him but we'd be ok, he is gonna wanna go back to england one day and if thats next year, i'd hold no grudges, atleast he's a guy who we know will play his hardest for his entire contract and with the deadshits we've had to put up with (barba, sbw, hannant, mason etc) thats all i really ask for

i'd be really surprised if he went to souths

I am not worried about Bupa going to another NRL club. I'm sure we will re-sign him and if we don't I'm sure the reason will be him wanting to go home.

I would hate to see Graham leave but if Souths want to throw a million dollars at him. I don't think the dog s should match it the we already have a truck load forwards waiting on wings to take his place.
Truckload of forwards who could not even replicate what Stagg and Halatau brought to the table the year before let alone Graham

I definitely agree with this! Graham is indispensable and I would rather release another forward than let him go. We should learn our lesson from previous years and allowing star players to leave

Don't need to point out how much we missed Graham at the start of last season, he must be re-signed end of story.

I'm hoping for Klemmer to be a superstar this year, add him to mybe and possibly Templeman and we have the new blood to win the comp.

It's CHIP again!!!

is there enough room for kasiano and klemmer in the same side ? you certainly couldn't have them on the field at the same time (klemmer is more agile then kasiano but he's still a very big man)

if kasiano struggles with injury again and klemmer actually stays healthy, i wouldn't be surprised if klemmer steals sammy's spot, i hear kasiano is already suffering some sought of an injury

Klemmer has the kind of build that he can play a Tim Browne style role of front row/2nd row rotation role. He'd be more likely to cover Eastwood/Tolman.

Hell yes I have room for them both. Especially seeing Jammer, Tolman can both play massive minutes. Klemmer can too. Kasiano should be limited and this will also benefit us with his sheer impact and less defensive problems.

Start Tolman & Kasiano. Give Kas 15-20 put Graham on, take Tolman off at 20-25 for Klemmer. The opposition won't slow our impact in the props.

Same idea with Pritchard, Jackson, Eastwood rotating with T Williams, Finucane, Burr/Mataiu in my opinion.

Just saw the cover of RLW. Title says 'Bulldogs in hunt for fifita'. Thoughts?

I'd take him, but if it came down to signing Bupa or Fifita, surely the club would choose Bupa, would be a massive signing but I don't think he should be signed at the expense of Bupa. Also if the rumours are right saying he could deman upwards of $750,000, surely we should spend that on a gun FB or half?!

I think they are just linking us to him since we have the free money now, I think our remaining cap will be used to retain players, retain upcoming specialised players and to bring in specialised players (I'd say young and 1-2 season of first grade experience).

Moses Mbye Set To Re-sign

Not sure if this has been posted, 'The Bulldogs are set to re-sign young gun Moses Mbye to a two-year $300,000 contract. A standout in the trial win over Melbourne last Sunday, Mbye has played for Queensland at Under-20 Origin level and is held in high regard at Bulldogs HQ.' {Source: RLW}

In 2 years time almost every club will want him, I hope he truly loves the Bulldogs - would hurt if he decided to head back home and Brisbane snap him up >_<

What gun fb/half? None are off contract were so desperate that weve made hoffman look like a superstar. (Thanks to our amatuer ceo for speaking to the media about it).
Fifita will if he isn't already become the best prop in the world easily the best of 2013 were dreaming lol.

I do agree 100% with what you say - but one has to wonder why our club is playing this whole Hoffman thing out in the open???
