LOL @ Ennis getting a tap on the shoulder...
Come on now, just because you dont like someone does not mean they will get the sack. Bloke is in the prime of his career. So what he plays a different game to Ferret and Smith, without him in the side we lose... Full stop.
Obviously sniffed too much chalk dust at grade school today, or your milk container was off.

Ennis will remain in the team unless hasler wants him gone.

Hasler has clear vision what he wants from a hooker.

We are not a typical team as our spine is much different. Most teams key positions are 1, 7, 9. Sometimes the 6 and the 13 as well.

Our game plan is not focused that way. We play a forwards game (grinding football).

Our key players are Barba, Pritchard, graham, Eastwood. And we have tolman setting the platform (meter eater and worker in defence).

Our 9 is a distributor (not relied on for his running or his kicking). Our 7 is out kicker but rarely our play maker (thus why usually try assists from our halves are from kicks). Our 1 is out go to player (used to score and set up tries)

We can't have a thurstone type at half, a farrah/smith at hooker, a carney at 5/8. Because we loaded in the forwards. We probably have the second best pack in the comp (behind souths) and on a good day we can outmuscle them. On a bad day we can probably still keep up with them.

So we are a strong team. Just means our key positions (where most of our cap is) in the forwards have been out.

Pritchard, graham and kasiano is like removing the half, hooker and lock from any other team. It's the go forward and play making positions we use.

Just think if we had a hooker who could run from dummy half like a Isaac Luke and still make the tackles in the middle of the ruck , how much more effective do you think that would make our forwards

its a while before ennis is tapped on the shoulder

he still directs our team from dummy half more then our halves do

his service is good, most of passes go where they need to go (if you watch some hooker closely, they thropw some pretty bad balls, ennis is usually bang on )

defense is brilliant

good leader

not in the top few hookers in the game any more but still better then atleast half the starters in the league

No, that is not clearing much space at all.

He would be on peanuts and literally they have Inglis, Burgess, Te'o, Luke, Reynolds, Sutton would all be on big money.

Then they have blokes like Merritt, Lima, George Burgess, Crocker etc that would hardly be on peanuts.

Seriously when we compare our cap we have say Tony Williams and now Pritchard over 500k. Perhaps Reynolds is close too?

They have at least Inglis on double, Sam Burgess on that, Luke, Reynolds, Te'o and Sutton all very close.
