there isnt anybody unless we take scott anderson from melb, storm are looking to offload him

He is quite ordinary from what I have seen of him.

That is a nothing quote to be honest.

Just because there is a small comment in an article doesn't mean that it needs to be taken note of.

There could be little validity to that at all.

And even if there were some truth to it, with the money we have in cap space we would always be in the market for players who could be released or who might suddenly become available, that is, if they were good players and suitable for the club.

My point is just because Hickey will be out for a few months and there is this comment in the article doesn't mean everyone should start speculating like crazy as to who we will sign or take it for truth. (By the way Mitch I know you definitely weren't doing that)

I don't think we need to be signing anymore props. Especially ones that other clubs don't want. We are covered in that position. Signing a crap prop means less salary cap space next season.

I would take crocker anyday of the week (including weekends). Seriously though he is just what the Doggies need. We have bought well but we lack an enforcer imo. We have the young guys, speed, a bit of flair, some clean skins some good old heads and some niggle with ennis the mennis but we really lack an enforcer.
I say sign him up!
