^ Are you serious MP4-Eedz?

Corey Payne? He is sh*t. Halatau is average too. Infact, all your players are average. No offence intended.

I'd look at Ben Creagh. Civinoceva is close to resigning and I think Price might retire at the end of this year if my memory serves me right?

Would love to have FuiFui but I'm pretty sure he signed a 3 year deal in 07, not a 2 year deal.

hth.

I know he isnt off contract this year but id love to see Brett Morris in the blue & white playing on the wing next to Josh. And when Pattern retires he could go to fullback. Ive also heard a rumour that Bennet doesnt think much of him although its not from a reliable source but who knows.

Lance Hohaia is a quality 5/8 and will be the answer to our No. 6 probs. He has to be targeted immediately. He is potentially the best 5/8 in da comp. reads the game well, strong in defense, as the ability to break the line. freakin awesome player.

tuimavave has the size and aggression we need in the pack

Pick up greenfield. Jason taylor is kidding himself playing that jamon lowe gumby ahead of greenfield.

Collis is quality...

would also be good if Corey payne and Glen hall would return home.

Junior Moors would be a good pick-up. Any word about when michael jennings comes off contract?

Richard Fa'aoso carved up today

Of the list i could only really say Lance Hohaia would be a realistic option.

I think a few others would be good, but basically i couldnt see them leaving there respective clubs or us shelling out big bucks to get them.

Price wont leave the Warriors.
I rate Brett Delaney but we have to great young centres atm so he'd only be back up.

Dave Taylor would be a great option but i reckon he could play origin this yr so he may have a large price tag.

Other than these, Maybe Robertson for a wing spot if Haz retires but hes already being shopped around for 250k and i dont think that sort of $$ is worth it.

I reckon a better option would be chasing NYC players if needed.

Hazem wont be resigned one would think. Utai also off to ESL. Holdsworth no chance, some1 will pick up Sully.
Resign Roberts. Maybe Wurbuton only for depth.
We definately need:
- A High class winger that can score a try out of nothing. As good has been he offers nothing coming off our own line. Maybe Joel Reddy or Brett Morris
- A ball playing back rower for number 11 such as Setimata Sa who showed promise last year nothn so far.

Anything else would be a bonus. But if Roberts doesnt perform well need to go on the market 4 a half, though theres not much quality out there.

In bold are the players I would love to see in blue & white.

Hunt - because he is a freak & will be a very handy player to have.

Taylor - he is a mountain and will be very good when he ages.

Kearney - he is a great attacking weapon to have, but a bit injury prone.

Snowden - I like what this kid does, and he is young blood.

Williams - is a second rower with good prospects, just needs a better team than the Sharks.

Delany - tough & uncomprimising & will make a great second rower/lock.

Ropati - this guy kills 'em. Would be a great buy.

Fa'aoso - is a tough player who would do well to stay with one club and settle in. Has potential.

Hilder - great utility player and all clubs need a FG standard utility.

Reddy - one of the best backs in the comp IMO, just needs better halves to give him more opportunities.

Moors - what I have seen of him, he reminds me of Pritchard.

Stuart - one of the most consistant props in the game, Getting on in age, but would still be a good buy.

Creagh & Poore - will be great over the next few years.

Scott - this guy is a must have. Was very good last year & this year, he is carving them up.

Halatau - same reason as Hilder.

Payten - very underated IMO and is a very damaging attacking player. Would love to see him in Dogs colours.

Hohaia needs to be added to the top of this list. he could be the buy of the year... but i agree with your other selections. especially beau scott and junior moors... very good players. scott is quality

WORTH KEEPING/CUT LOOSE

Brent Crisp - solid, good in the air, but lacks pace and intensity... would not re-sign

Hazem El Masri - legend of the club but is past it and should not be re-signed

Daniel Holdsworth - not of first grade standard and should not be re-signed

Charlie Leano - has showed little to nothing with the Dogs and should not be re-signed

Darryl Millard - has failed to live up to expectations and should not be re-signed

Ben Roberts - very erratic but probably should be re-signed considering the lack of quality halves in the game

Michael Sullivan - big disappointment... should not be re-signed

Matt Utai - should be re-signed

Gary Warburton - lacks impact but if he is a hard worker in defence would re-sign as cover for Stagg

Danny Williams - has not showed too much so far (not quite sure what Beetson was on about) but i would consider re-signing him for depth

-------------------------------------------------------------

TO CHASE

Junior Moors - young, dynamic second rower... could add firepower to the Bulldogs pack

Ben Creagh - one of the most underrated second rowers in the game... worth chasing but the Dragons would be nuts not to re-sign him

Justin Poore - Dogs need another quality prop and Poore would appear to be one of few on the market

Nate Myles - worth chasing but there would be issues with him leaving so early to chase the money and his asking price

Dean Collis - probably hasn't developed as much as he should have... still a quality outside back capable of playing rep football

Todd Payten - one of my favourite forwards but the Tigers would be stupid not to re-sign him

Tom Learoyd Lahrs - like Collis, has not developed as much as he should have... still a strong, fast second rower
