Yeah Patrick Mahomes signed one recently. But he's worth it and most other deals are way shorter and in the teams favour where they can cut guys in the later years with no guaranteed money.

Mahomes is a quarterback with a whole offensive line to protect him... Haas is a league prop who is expected to play 55-60 minutes a game, make 13-15 hit ups, 150+ metres in yardage, 30+ tackles etc.

I agree with you. Mahomes is totally worth it because he is a once in a generation QB. A 10 or even 5 year deal for any League player, especially a prop is crazy

Deserves every cent. He is the premier forward in the comp and it was always going to take a contract of that magnitude to keep him locked down.
