Hope Senator Reynolds asks the court to freeze her assets.

Yep. Still wanna know how she got $2m+ and so quickly given there was ‘no political cover up’…
 
Reynolds lawyers not buying it.

Senator Reynolds’ lawyer also questioned his claim that he didn’t have the resources to pay for the legal case.

“He lives in a chateau. He hasn’t got a job and he’s got a QC and a junior solicitor, two solicitors representing him,” he said.

The lawyers are understood to have previously acted for Mr Sharaz pro bono, without payment.

The whole thing is such a farce - and that doesn’t include that the Reynolds thing is ongoing too.
 
Looks like Linda Reynolds might be sprung for leaking confidential info about Brittany Higgins' comp payout to The Australian. Higgins' legal team is claiming a concerted bullying campaign by Reynolds.

Didn't she learn from Bruce? If you're going to launch defamation proceedings and paint a portrait of yourself as victim, you'd better make sure you don't have any boogers dangling from your nostril.

Gave confidential papers, specifically told not to reveal the contents, to Albrecht at The Australian and she them published them, reprimanded then gave some more Confidential findings to Janet over lunch. Had her husband taking notes in Court. Interfered with the Defence case giving them suggestions and lines of attack favouring BL.

Law unto herself.

Police illegally gave BL defence team all BH psych notes and other info that should not have been passed on etc. With more to be revealed.

This case is a study in political interference.

Looking that way. Much like BL, it seems all she is going to achieve with this defo case is to further defame herself.
