I heard this on the radio just now too. Sad.

I remember a brain tumour being discovered last year.

Got 4 daughters.

All the best to Brett.

I saw Jason Day on the TV today talking about his mum (who has lung cancer) and just couldn't fathom what it would be like to lose someone do close. One of my best mates lost his partner to esophagus cancer last year and he just seems so bloody lost.

Terrible news. They looked like such a nice family whenever you'd see them in the papers and on news. Hope he's getting all the support he needs.

In tragic news, former Knights, Storm, Sharks and Bulldogs player Brett Kimmorley has lost his wife to cancer today.

Sharnie Kimmorley was only 38, and there are reports that she had been fighting a long illness.

Sharnie was diagnosed with a brain tumour in June 2016.

Sharnie and Brett have four young children together.

RIP Mrs Kimmorley

Sad news. Appreciated all Noddy did for us, helping the club through some tough times. Hopefully the club and supporters can offer the same to him and his children.

God rest her soul. This is tragic news. My condolences go out to Brett Kimmorley and all of his family.

I'm sure the entire rugby league community including our club will rally behind him to support him at this most difficult of times.

I know words alone cannot offer much comfort, but I truly appreciate the time he played for and represented us and I wish him all the strength, love and support he needs.

May she rest in peace

It's depressing hearing about a loss of a wife. One reason I'm scared of marriage. God forbid i would not know what to do if I was ever in kimmorleys position.
Anyways RIP
