Got an offset smoker last fathers day, Never had beef cheeks before but they are bloody good, Drumsticks and Wings easy as, Pork Ribs, Brisket, reverse seared steaks

The cheeks are one of the best cuts

Pork shoulder at the start of its 13 or so hours in the Weber. My theory is that if the Bulldogs let me down again, at least we'll have something nice for dinner. Who else is cooking today?
Two things come to mind. Whats your wood bro and sick to death of seeing you clowns with spotless grill plates. Either you have too much time on your hands or your not queueing enough :grinning:

Doing some dry age new yorkers and starting on a chicken brine today. Tomorrow is the chicken and starting on the pork ribs. Sunday is pork rib day....

Side note - ordered some curing salt and intend to have a go at pastrami when it arrives. Anyone been there?
