Regardless of the rights/ wrongs good / bad - id like to know what Ciraldo thinks he needs to change and improve on going into the second year of coaching - despite the roster being poor he has failed to get the best out of players.

Exactly this. There are families out there struggling with the cost of living, both parents working (sometimes multiple jobs) just to get by. If you're making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year just to play sport, you've got it really good. A 10 year career can set some of them up for life. They should be living and breathing football every hour until the season ends.

These are professioal athletes, they get big money to train all week to play full on for 80 minutes (+) per weekend. Yeah it's hard work but it's not like they turnup for training after having to do a regular 9 to 5 job.

If the players don't want to buy in to CC's plan, then get rid of them and recruit players who do. The players will only get from the game what they put in, there's no free ride.

These players need to take a look into the real world. People work 10+ hour days just to stay afloat, earning 20% of what these mugs are on. You can guess which players these are - anybody who I have DM'd about this knows who they are.

The sooner they are out of the club the better.

It's obvious there are massive issues at the club and players aren't responding to Ciraldo. It's easy to say the players are shit, soft, lazy etc and it's all true.. But the coach also deserves a lot of blame for creating an environment where that's gotten worse over the season and our best players are the worst culprits and now look like fringe first graders.
