Sofras at West Ryde had the best snack pack you could get, but apparently they sold the place and the new owners aren't up to snuff. For Kebabs? Big call. I love their mixed plates, their snack packs are generous too, but kebabs I love Sydney Kebabs in Bankstown or Brothers in Banksia
Extra chicken salt. Can I recommend you to the R U Ok thread?
Told you they were putrid.
Fkn microwave!!??
Only time I have had cheese on a kebab I wentIsn’t it pronounced kebob????
jokes. Bro Ashfield mall 20 years ago had the best kebab I ever e tasted fucken ultra thinly shaved meat that was so freakin juicy, picture that. Then toasted in thispress, yes it gave the kebab an irregular and untraditional form but it made for perfect mouthfuls with no loss of filling. Wow
I’d get strictly beef, all salad and bbq sauce.
Edit : @ASSASSIN I wasn’t a cheese lover As a young nice guy, so I didn’t take cheese so I can’t say it because of being a traditionalist, however in my later years I like cheese also, goes well not too much and not melted through.
I want one now.Only time I have had cheese on a kebab I went
Beef
Onion
Cheese
Chilli sauce
Garlic sauce
Toasted really well so the cheese was melted.

Seriously, throw some chips on there too and I would be in pure happiness. Who wants to live forever anyway.
I think if you add lamb to a Kebab, it becomes a Greek Gyros. How do you not have lamb bro?! Bit of garlic, taboulleh and pickled onion.
Lamb is the best but barely ever see it at kebab shopsHow do you not have lamb bro?! Bit of garlic, taboulleh and pickled onion.
Mostly Greeks and some Turks do it.Lamb is the best but barely ever see it at kebab shops
Or just go to Bankstown and get a Camel Kebab.Mostly Greeks and some Turks do it.
Depends on the area.
You can get a lamb kebab at Auburn.
