Why not,I never put cheese on a kebab
Ok, I've gotta ask..why o why toasted? Seems bizarre to me.A lot of factors to consider. Am I coming home from a big night out? Am I grabbing lunch from the office? Lazy dinner on a Thursday night?
For this example I'll use the most common one being grabbing a feed on the way home.
I like to keep it really simple.. Beef, lettuce and onion, cheese, garlic and chilli sauce, toasted. I get 2.
It's not traditional.Why not,

We make home made kebabs at home using marinade lamb
Traditional lebanese recipe passed on to us from our lebanese neighbours
I think I told you about them before.
They are family to us.
And absolutely no chese when we do home made kebabs.
