And sometimes I'll add homous.

A lot of factors to consider. Am I coming home from a big night out? Am I grabbing lunch from the office? Lazy dinner on a Thursday night?

For this example I'll use the most common one being grabbing a feed on the way home.

I like to keep it really simple.. Beef, lettuce and onion, cheese, garlic and chilli sauce, toasted. I get 2.

Ok, I've gotta ask..why o why toasted? Seems bizarre to me.
Even worse is @Subway you order a nice fresh bread roll with whatever fillings and they ask if you want it fn toasted ffs, even worse I suspect quite a few do go down that road, wtf!!
Rant over.

I'll say my fav is chicken, tomato lettuce onion also add egg and cheese.
Sauces garlic and BBQ..great at any time..nom nom.

Mmmmm Fkn yummm.. I like my vegan special.. Yep, with olives, onions, chilli and ham…thin base. It’s vegan special because the dickheads wouldn’t eat it..

We make home made kebabs at home using marinade lamb
Traditional lebanese recipe passed on to us from our lebanese neighbours
I think I told you about them before.
They are family to us.

And absolutely no chese when we do home made kebabs.

I avoid cheese on kebabs and chips.
Also cannot stand pizza shops who cake too much cheese on the toppings!
Turkish kebab shops are bad for it.
It’s actually the over use of cheese and toppings which makes pizza too greasy and oily.

The Italians generally have got it right and a lot of Lebanese bakeries don’t overkill with cheese.
Too much cheese is no good.

With certain pizza pineapple goes good with it.
There is a pizza shop at St Clair which does a sweet chilli chicken pizza and pineapple actually adds to the flavour.

It’s probably the thing I most miss about living out west? having access to authentic wog skippy pizza from first generation Aussies to Italian immigrants both around my age group.

at one stage the brothers broke off and had their own shop before all this covid bullshit.
It’s always good how Italian families start a business then break off and compete against each other in different locations!
