From memory Southey has 9 or more kids. They've been unloaded
I thought he is up to 11 now lol
Reminds me of joke: an Irish girl runs home to her mother, and says, mum mum I think I’m pregnant… The mother replies, are you sure it’s yours?
Thank you thank you I’m here all week.

Any recipe or hints to where to buy it.
At work right now, but roughly 1/2 cup chicken stock, about 2 tablespoons of cornflour and 2 tablespoons of garlic. Give the garlic long enough to start softening then add the flour and stock and mix until the flour is dissolved, then add about 250ml to 300ml of cream and stir until it starts to thicken. Only takes a few minutes so start the sauce when the fish has mostly cooked.

I just lifted the recipe off the net and it's only rough, but you can botch the ingredients up a bit for the same result.

Last night's offering,
Crumbed Mushrooms and Lamb cutlets.
(You will have to settle for the before picture because it was demolished by my wife and sons before I could get an after picture taken...)

Sorry bro - can see theres some love in the dish but just not for me. Three veg, sausages - I'd probably make a fried rice instead. Each there own though.
I read it as "3 sausage". So 3 different types of sausage. For example:

- beef sausage
- pork sausage
- chicken... Or long pig... Sausage
