Been a great series been good seeing qld retire those big name players, one thing is for sure there will be no dynasty, if anything there will be some close clashes in the next few years, think jimmy maloney is the danger man he set up most of them but equally gives away penalties and errors..

Cotric is a must... dude is an absolute beast... thought Roberts did well this series but he struggled to get into all three games attacking wise.

Roberts can’t get into games mate.. he doesn’t look for the ball enough. His problem is his mentality (which you cant really change), he’s a lazy person. Can’t fix that

How stupid is it from the NRL to award the shield to NSW tonight in front of a handful of NSW supporters up in QLD when it was decided in Sydney...

Yep absolutely useless. Trophy should be at game 2 every year ready to be presented. If series is won in game 2, the team shoud decide before the game is played whether they want to be presented with it in game 2 or 3. Easy to set up and prepare for but no one has thought about it in the NRLHQ

SOO scriptwriters bang on. Sutton must have thought that it was the Broncos with his stellar fair and even officiating of the game. The NRL is an absolute and utter joke in relation to the presentation of the shield. Last game... a dead rubber in Qld so knowing full well that the crowd would have been 99% Qld decided to allow the one bay of NSW fans to applaud their team for a series win and then...the MOTS winner??? Lol Billy ( I have just retired from rep footy) Slater take all the glory with his flapping gums in the wind. Most unprofessional group in history.

I think Roberts almost fits into the category of his game doesn’t suit Origin.

I think he has been solid without being anything special.

His asset is his speed. He needs Early ball with space to move. Origin is not a game that ever lends itself to this style.

I agree with Cotric. I would move Tom Trbojevic to centre and bring in Cotric on the wing.

Fark 8-2 penalty count to NSW.

About time we got one... shortest 10m ever for Qld tonight.

Had a chuckle at Cherry Evans comments that the penalties ( they only got one you flop) just before half time got NSW back into the game when we rarely had the ball in the first half. That was a big telling point;dominant Qld possession, an intercept try converted and a penalty goal was all they scored and NSW hung in there to their credit. Best referee in the universe Gerry Sutton had no say in the game once again unless you were wearing a Maroon jersey.
