I know a heap of peeps have been talking about this and some have mail here and there it my 'mail' was hat he was definitely going to be a Bulldog in 2017 and nothing has changed.
Expect an announcement before the gf is what I was told a while back, I think the criminal elements had to be 'exercised' first...

If Foran does become a Bulldog, injuries aside, he is our missing link and may explain the lack of any other major signings to date.
