I have been saying it since middle of last year
Until we boot
Eastwood
Both Morris boys
Tolman

And mbye takes a MASSIVE paycut and plays centre or Hooker
We will never be a top 4 team

Reynolds shouldn't be resigned if we can help it either

Club needs a massive clean out from the top down

Mbye and Eastwood are actually back pedalling in defence and anyone who has played league knows that is the worse thing you want to see in a player but they have been doing for weeks or longer

The only chance we have for next year is if we get rid of these blokes and the coach NOW

Des has ruined Mbye's career trying to make him a half back.

Definitely needs a clean out, our core players window to win a premiership has past it was fun making 2 grand finals but it's time to move on. Whether we keep des and castle or not our priority should be a clean out of our senior players. I like them a lot and it'll hurt to lose them but we need to move on.

We should pay overs for Hess, Watson, Gideon Mosley, Cotric etc

Well he didn't even try to make him a halfback. He came up with his Desball bs and had him execute that rather than developing him like any other coach would of. Des has fucked everyone with his negative coaching style, players like Jackson and Klemmer should be far better than what they are now.

Its all Des's fault, we lost Barber and we never replaced him, instead we signed a sloth forward for 600k which made us get rid of Finucane and maxed the cap, got rid of Ennis for probably the worst dummy half in the game while Ennis wins a premiership at another club and is their best player.

We could of signed Maloney and/or Sezer instead we stuck with an unproven rookie and "Mr Passion", signed a fullback who refused to play sundays and didn't play in our finals game while Brett Morris hopped around injured because of it.
Its a fucking mess.

The funniest (saddest actually) part of the Ennis Liccha swap is that we really lost 2 hun hookers in Cook as well for that NSW cup standard player Liccha. Could over given Ennis a 2 year with option in his favour and played Cook utility with him knowing when Ennis retired the role was his

Why the fuk did they get rid of cook, that I will never understand....
look at all the good players they got rid of under des, they all had individuality or strong personality as a common thing. des can't be having players around that might say what they're thinking

You're right. Let's cut Des some slack. It's not like he has any say over his own roster or anything.

It's ALL down to Des and our pathetic board that keeps bending over backwards to please him.

Not the right roster? Get some new players then. It isn't rocket science.

Apart from the fact that haslers recruitment has been disgraceful he does not make the tough decisions or adapt or make any changes which suggests to me he has trex disease and is too complacent and just milking the club for money

One would think that would be the logical thing to do but when the club pays overs for players who don't deserve it then the the process of getting quality players is practically impossible.

And who is involved in the structuring of those contracts? Do you think the club would pay overs for players if Des didn't tell them he really wanted them? Do you think coaches don't have a very strong say in such things? Especially ones whose contracts afford them as much control as Hasler?

Responsibility squarely rests with Hasler. There is nobody else to blame from a rational point of view.

Definitely just milking us. He's laughing all the way to the bank.
