I'm following you in on one upset, though concede Penrith have everything in their favour being rested etc and have been the best team all year I'm going the upset should be a cracking gameRaids, Sharts, Parramasala, Rorters

Honestly I can't see him playing again this year, and if he does questions need to be seriously asked regarding duty of care. He's had a number of serious HIAs already this season, some in more recent games.Rads has been cleared to resume full contact training so is a certain starter for Sunday.
I agree with you I really do but as it has now been more than 10 days he obviously is ok by the letter of the medical profession, morally is it right idk?(1) Penrith Panthers vs (4) Parramatta Eels - by 14
(2) Cronulla Sharks vs (3) North Queensland Cowboys - by 8
(5) Melbourne Storm vs (8) Canberra Raiders - by 12
(6) Sydney Roosters vs (7) South Sydney Rabbitohs - by 10

Getting KO'd and having a seizure is no joke. Sure he was up and on his feet after the game, but even ER doctors state that head injuries often don't show symptoms for up to a week after the incident.
I had a fall a while back and hit the back of my head on a retaining wall. Didn't lose conciousness and went to ER to get scans/checked. Wasn't until 2 days after the impact that I started feeling a little foggy, and had fuzzy hearing for a week. Took 3 weeks for things to clear up fully.
Totally agree, it's a tricky one both from a legal and ethical standpoint.I agree with you I really do but as it has now been more than 10 days he obviously is ok by the letter of the medical profession, morally is it right idk?
I thought the club had final say.
The guy would be pleading HARD to not be held back knowing him, it's a tricky one ethically.
Those three are so bad. It’s gotten so bad that whenever I’m betting on a game I check the referees stats and use that to decide who I’m betting for.Sutton, Cummins, Klein what could possibly go wrong... the three stooges are in charge
Can't blame you. Those three are so bad. It’s gotten so bad that whenever I’m betting on a game I check the referees stats and use that to decide who I’m betting for.
The loaning of players was seen as a laudable thing during Covid lockdown periods, but since then, clubs have been taking the piss. I really don't understand the concept, what the rules are etc. I don't think anyone does. I really don't understand most of the decisions the NRL makes. Every game is a lottery with what passes get called forward, who gets sent to the sin bin (some get sent for 10 for obvious high shots, yet others don't), what team gets 6-again calls and at what point in the game it happens etc.I’m hearing tonight that Hughes is in doubt with injury for the Storm. Why don’t they loan DCE or Burton? Cause that’s what Melbourne do if you’ve got injuries don’t they? I’m thinking also that can Murray should be allowed to play this weekend and just do his concussion protocols next year!
Unfortunately some NRL decisions in recent weeks have been ridiculous and potentially make the code a laughing stock. It’s sad.
