In a Bulldogs discussion, that seems logical.:whacky:Sumone put up souths coaches

Whats that got to do with bulldogs?Craig Coleman - :roflol:
Take a look at the 1988 Grand Final winning side. Hagan, Lamb, Folkes and Farrar all went on to coach at NRL and/or ARL Level. Great coaches are able to impart their knowledge. That's why they win Grand Finals.Lol yeh but like half the teams coaches played for the dogs. We just make good coaches.
Problem is if u put souffs premiership winning coaches up,only your great grandfather will know who they are.Sumone put up souths coaches
Yeah Hagan, Farrar, Lamb, Folkes, Langmack, Gould, Stuart, Moore..... They all played at the club and coached recently or still coach in the NRL.Take a look at the 1988 Grand Final winning side. Canberra? :whacky: What does this have to do with Bulldogs discussion?Yeah Hagan, Farrar, Lamb, Folkes, Langmack, Gould, Stuart, Moore..... They all played at the club and coached recently or still coach in the NRL.
I'd say Canterbury, Canberra and Penrith are the three clubs that have had the most players become FG coaches.
First year coaches also have a good record of either making or winning an NRL GF in their first year. The title doesn't do it justice but it may be worth while to note that the past 4 coaches of the Bulldogs:
Warren Ryan
Phil Gould
Chris Anderson
Steve Folkes
Are ALL premiership winning coaches
Sounds good to me
Yeah, that's correct, Gus's first year.... Hages and Ricky Stupid playedFirst year coaches also have a good record of either making or winning an NRL GF in their first year.
Folkes in 98 took our team to the GF. Michael Hagan with Newcastle in 2001, Ricky Stuart with Rosters in 2002 (both won as coaches of their respective teams in those years)
I think Phil Gould in 1988 won a premiership in his first year of caoching also
