Jack Cogger, Jack Hetherington and Lachlan Lewis also come to mind.

Jack Cogger, Jack Hetherington and Lachlan Lewis also come to mind.

Hethrington did well, was a pretty good forward in 2021 and did well in the first couple of games of 22 before his injury.
Cogger did his job for minimal money, and would be behind Flanno and Foran. Lewis debuted with us as well.

But interestingly, six of them played SOH (Cotric, Lee, Allen, Woods, Williams and Napa), three for Australia (Cotric, Woods and Williams), two for NZ (Foran and Harawira-Naera) and three for other countries (Thompson for England, Lichaa for Lebanon and Napa for Cook Islands). However, I don't think that many of them played rep football while playing for the Dogs, maybe Lichaa.

Did we destroy their careers, did they overachieve before they joined us or were they lucky to play rep football?

I think we have to acknowledge our own role in this a bit , we have killed careers sadly.
