I watched the Challenge Cup final on the weekend and was impressed with the way that Morgan Smithies played for Wigan. Admittedly he is a bit fiery and copped a suspension after the game, but he has a presence about him. I believe he has a lot of potential and being a long-time Bulldog supporter we need all the help we can get and he is the type of player we could do with. Any thoughts?

Hard to get past the name .... you can just picture our upcoming opposition watching the Dogs on video and the players laughing every time the coach mentions the name Morgan Smithies.

Gildart has been absolutely awful for the Tigers also
Disappointing tbh he moves quite well just can't handle the physicality of the NRL. Would be better if he was in a top side and could utilise his strengths better.

James Bently would handle the NRL, has some **** in him. Edge backrower, formerly at Saints, now at Leeds.

If he has that competitive and standard setting attitude he could be good. We’re really lacking that competitive leader in our team as JJ isn’t up to it. That sort of bloke that hates losing and competes for everything.John Bateman would be a perfect signing for us IMO
