luke patten has had a deadset below average year

his best game was probably against the tigers the 1st time we played other than that his support play on line breaks is rubbish he is way too slow and his defense is non existent never really saves tries anymore

this babe?

I didn't say he cost us 12 games but he costs us alot of missed opportunities when line breaks are made

whenever the eels or most teams make breaks the FB is ALWAYS there to backup Patten isn't anymore and it costs us trys

he also isn't creating overlaps like he should when we spread the ball

Also his last line of defense is non existent fair enough both of Inus trys were mostly goodwins fault but patten was no where to be seen when they had an overlap which is shocking your fullback is your spine for on line defense

It took the team over half season to get out of preseason mode... Whoever is to blame for that

Also our team still has some glaring weaknesses starting with the backrow, we still lack speed/size and ball playing ability in the 2nd row... Nuemann still has some improving to do to be a quality FG centre, and apart from Paea we lack impact off the Bench - that could change with Romelo being in the 17

Warburton/Gordon/Halatau havent added much to the team when playing

Patten has had his worst ever season but thats forgiven for the great service hes given the club for 10 seasons

And our wingers seem to lack pace compared to other teams, whenever we make a break we are praying Barba or Morris are close or else we will chased down

We really need an addition of an Eastwood or Blair and some muscle on the bench

It also took Ennis a while to hit top form this year

I blame kevin moore for not having the balls to coach, When a player is out of form even if his put 10 years into the club you drop him and try new things 20 rounds in he has kept the same squad, We obviously have blokes in the squad that are not up to fg standard.
