Article from Buzzard purely to highlight the eliteness of Rorters Bentley in stark contrast to Bulldogs shoebox.

Reinforcing how upmarket and "special" rorters think they are and if you're a player we want, you too can have all these good life extras.

The kickbacks these journos must get would be incredible to maintain this sc cover up.

Btw what car does Buzzard drive? A Bentley :grinning: ?
Buzz goes for the sharks, so it's highly likely that he rides a non-motorised scooter, or some form of transportation that doesn't require a license.

Part time muslim

Talks about how money and material things don't mean anything to him because of his faith but look what we have here a 400k bentley lol i wonder what other perks Nick has lined up for him - beach side apartments definitely at the top of that list.
Also refuses to allow a betting sponsor on his jersey, but eagerly pockets the money the sponsor pours into the salaries, if it wasn't just for show he would demand a percentage of his salary be withheld so as not to profit from it.

Politis has the media in his pocket, especially the Daily Telegraph. The initial meeting he had with SBW's manager Buzz Rothfield was invited to the lunch as a guest. No doubt there to make sure a positive spin gets put on the idea of them signing SBW for peanuts.
No doubt. Roosters play the media like a fiddle. A lot of it obviously has to do with the powerbrokers over there and the influence they have but your example perfectly shows how they're also smart about it as well.

That's why I'm hoping the Landry family get actively involved into turning this club back into a powerhouse again, beyond the sponsorship. Roosters can sign 13 SBWs every year but they will never be able to claim they're the biggest club in NSW purely because of their fickle fan base that will likely jump on a Swans or Sydney FC bandwagon as soon as they look like dropping out of the top 4. Based on their continued success over the past 5-7 years they should have 25,000+ members, easy. But they don't and it's why this SBW thing is more about keeping their brand top of mind rather than needing to add someone like that an already stacked roster (regardless of injuries).

He's a walking contradiction. Honestly who gives a flying fuck about him. Good luck to him on the rest of his career and his life.

Had of been us he came back to....can you imagine the outrage from media, NRL, the sponsor, that our player had the utter audacity to be that demanding and precious and so special.

Would you prefer a Charade or a Bentley?

There has to be someone high up at Benz who is a Doggies supporter? Even the poor peoples car of Germany - BMW, would be suffice

SO!!! Nick Polities had nothing to with it???? - Tobad $Money Bill Williams didn't sign for 3yrs he could have got himself a Lamborghini Sian. I bet James Tedesco is spewing all he got was a Porche Boxter .I wonder what Peter V'landys got for getting Sonny here in time for the Grand Final in the middle of the Covid19 Pandemic.

If you believe that the rotters have achieved success without doing anything dishonest, you should go and join them.
You're only a pain in the arse here anyway.

Did anyone open the DT article to find out how Rorters swindled this one? Some millionaire cleaning tycoon artanged it?

You gotta hand it too them. They get out in front of controversy. Lay it all out in our faces early to cut off, dead in its tracks, any questioning of their rorting.
All part of the money laundering they use to stay under the cap. The only teams that are caught rorting the cap are the ones who have had a whistle blower go to the media with documents to prove it. The NRL prefers to be kept in the dark rather than do actual forensic accounting.

Let's be honest, how many of us would want to park a $400k car at Bankstown Square and be confident it wouldn't have the odd dent, shopping trolley scratch, or been keyed? Luxury cars are for the better off suburbs where folks respect wealth, and bow as they drive past.

Out my way, a luxury vehicle is an all wheel drive twin cab ute.

Money Bill's got 4 kids...that's what he should be driving lol.

Come to think if it ...what car did Uncle Nick get for Mrs Money and the kuds? Probably a chauffeur driven Benz people mover on tap, with the chauffeur back up as security at their Bondi Beach mansion.
