I just busted my boss trying to duplicate my personal documents from MY laptop on the server. I feel my privacy has been breached and i assume he is searching for some dirt on me.

Should i leave or what course of action should i take?

Do what i do, keep everything personal on your own disk
and never put anything in writing that doesnt need to be in writing
then u shouldnt have anything to worry abt at all besides other shifty stuff u get upto

Well sorry to burst your bubble, but any document you create at work is not yours - it's owned by the company you work for....

So legally, you can't do much.

Ok, here's what you do, it will require the following materials:
  1. Your Foot
  2. His Ass

Method:

Put your foot in his ass.

Then ask for a pay rise and a corner office or legal action will follow.

Nah keep that **** separate bro. and he shouldn't be doing that either, dunno if u have a policy stating anything connected to company infrastructure becomes company property or somethin?
