But they both didn't win a title and in the end that's all that matters. Yes Barba had Graham, Reynolds and a few other quality players help him. But the general consensus is that Hayne did it on his own and thats not really true, Mortimer came in and made a huge difference and they had Moi Moi, Mateo, Inu, Ben Smith and a host of other players peaking. Like you said Hayne better finals series, but. Barba had the better year, his try savers seem to be forgotten about too imo as alot of these who had the better season things focus alot more on attack.
