His stats in reserve grade aren't bad. Possibly with a good offseason he could be of use. Is 27, so if he is going to come good as a prop it's next year or the following. Also am thinking players need to get their diet right. A lot of the food around belmore is not good performance food (contains sugar).

We have a dietician on staff full time.
Individual player KPI's are recorded daily.

Watched him for years. He’s like a Ogden type player. Nothing special but probably really cheap. Struggles to keep a spot
This club is probably his last chance so he needs to take the opportunity. The tougher training regime here now may bring out his best.

Good luck to him has had a few opportunities but been a bit player.
Hope he steps up, we all know we need some serious grunt in the middle.

He isn't a Fisher-Harris, but used smartly by Ciro he could probably do what we need from him.
Let's hope

2024 season the frontrowers all need psych sessions on agressive running and steamrolling the opposition. That should be a very important part of their training sessions this season. Get them all together daily and replay JFH and Tapine in that last Pacific game and Leota's performance in the GF. They need sharpening up :grinning:

Simple plan for middles - straight hard running, get to where you need to be in defense and make your tackles shoulder first.
