Umm Ahh You Know Obviously....

Are you a serial "ummm" person when it comes to talking? Do you say "Ahhh" alot? Or do you say "you know"?

Personally, I use "obviously" a fair bit even though sometimes what I am saying isn't so obvious!!

I'm just watching The Footy Show and Willie Mason tends to say "you know" alot whereas Mitchell Pearce is more of a "Umm" person..

I am a "like" person. My English teacher (whom I loved and had a crush on, poor guy working at a girls school, we all flirted with him), used to call me "Like Liz". When I put my hand up, he would be "Yes Like Liz". Awww, he so loved me. He even had a pet name for me.... We had pet names for him too :love:.

And I also say, "I mean..." "seriously".... "oh my word".

Only thing that annoys me is when some people ALWAYS start a sentence with "Y'know what! ... "

There's this chick in customer service... she puts on this thick overdone woggy accent, big booming voice so the entire office hears her, and always cuts into anyone's conversation with "OMG Y'know what!...."

I feel like glassing her everytime she does that!
