Agree. If he eventually is be moved to centre, it will have a huge domino effect on our backline. He shouldn't be a 6, plain & simple.

We would be a way better team with Burton at left centre.Agree. If he eventually is be moved to centre, it will have a huge domino effect on our backline.
I would suggest that Tracey and Kiraz will get a run in NSW Cup before coming back into 17.Hopefully Connor tracy and Kiraz are ok for rd 1. Otherwise this a good side.
It's the getting them good ball part that i'm not convinced about. Maybe Hutch playing both side of the ruck will help. Burton can just be a decoys runnerThere are plenty of points in that back line, if they get enough ball the score line could be anything.
Always a Bulldog
If Xerri recaptures his 2019 form and Burton flops at 6, we have a very expensive utility because Crichton definitely ain’t getting displacedAgree. If he eventually is be moved to centre, it will have a huge domino effect on our backline.
Why wouldnt you keep bringing on Bronson who is a walk up?The Xerri hard ons FFS..
Kiraz and Critta will be ur centers, JAC and Wilso your wingers.
He is fit he has been training since the mid January, there not risking him yet same as kiraz. No Tracey, warra 100% fit by Christmas for him.
Yeah imagine the crying on here if they played and were reinjured in a trial …He is fit he has been training since the mid January, there not risking him yet same as kiraz.
I agree Salmon was not a threat running the ball. His passing was crisp and he worked hard in defence. I am still not convinced he just be starting at 13 ahead of Curran, possibly even Edwards. I wouldn't start Morrin either though. At best Salmon has shaded Curran for 13 at this stage. So catching the ball and passing it to the next bloke makes you best on ground these days? He only had 41 run metres.
Yeah okay Shania Twain.. you sound real impressed...Another person that has a problem understanging English because nowhere did I say that he wasn't good. I literally said that he did impressive things.

We have been trying to play that style with the lock as a link man for a while. Looks like we may have somebody who can finally do it. I would have preferred Curran but maybe Ciro is seeing if IBS dog can do it again against better opposition.Salmon wasn't even top 3 last week.
Kiraz on the trot pod cast said he was ready for the second trail but they don’t want to risk it, he will be there round oneYeah imagine the crying on here if they played and were reinjured in a trial …
Just makes sense.Kiraz on the trot pod cast said he was ready for the second trail but they don’t want to risk it, he will be there round one
I think he has to be in the team after his showing last Thursday. He was aggressive and powerful. We need all those types of forwards we can get!Kitione Kautoga is a chance of playing his way into that bench rotation.. will help the size factor issue (if CC sees it as an issue).
wouldn't surprise me if that's our team for round 1View attachment 102694
I mean its a pretty solid side, I haven't been able to say that since forever.
One thing I noticed about salmon is he seems very switched on and composed. Break out season imoSalmon was best on field last week so I'm not upset he's starting over Curran.
With Kiraz (?) and Tracey (still) injured, besides Taaffe at fullback I like the 17.
He is not moving from 6 anytime soonAgree. If he eventually is be moved to centre, it will have a huge domino effect on our backline.
