Not sure what if anything to read into his comments regarding Thompson & TPJ coming back next week...... or if there is anything major going on behind the scenes.

Also, was interesting as well as good to hear during the 9 commentary Gus state that the next few weeks is very important for many of the Bulldogs players, insinuating that many are playing for their Bulldogs life.

Nothing really. Just said "we'll just have to wait and see" regarding them coming back next week.
Yep, no conspiracy here - the club injury update on Thursday clearly stated TPJ would return ‘Either Round 14 or 15’. Thompson was a late withdrawal so we don’t know much about his return yet. We lacked punch last night, often not getting out of our half at the end of a set before Burton kicked us out, so hopefully we get some of the bigger lads back soon.

Need to get a real coach sorted, need to think about our future an start building this team… fuck the interim coach. Not interested as he’s not or never will be our answer. Stop gap. Like most of the players until we fully clean decks.

Re-read all my comments on Avo. You've made up some crazy, inappropriate outrage.

We need a Haas and TPJ prop combo. Our forwards constantly let us down. Ava and Vaughan are reserve graders

An experienced campaigner like Vaughan shouldn’t try to offload there in that moment of the game. That there shows he isn’t a first grade prop. Stuckey, Makotoa and Billy are on the same level as he is.
are you retarded

Mate Ava and Vaughan would be great off the bench in the 17. Do you want two $800k props on the bench as well? Need to balance the cap buddy

Vaughan is like Tolman, tries hard but so ineffective. Our whole forward pack with the exception of TPJ and maybe King lack punch and rarely go over the advantage line. We get monstered. We look slow out there. Many think it’s a fitness issue, I think it’s a problem with quality.
