Big four? They only have Luke and RTS signed past 17, they still have to re sign Foran (which they wont) and Johnson. Also like I said they got RTS cheap 800k is a steal for him. Either way they have the money. The point I am making is people think they are somehow rorting the cap but if you have a look who is actually contracted for them in 2018 they have a lot of room to sign players. For all we know they could be letting Matulino and Lilyman go who are both not contracted for next year.

Now if they signed Harris, kept Hoffman and then resigned Foran well yeeah Id think hmmmm something isnt right here, but they havnt.
