after falling to thier third lose in a row..

cowboys look to have lost thurston for the rest of the year finally sercomming to a shoulder injury that has been plaguing him for the past couple of weeks,,,
after leaving the feild shortly befor the end of there ass kicking from the tigers..the physio was overheard talking to a trainer saying that thurstons season is over...thurston then went off like the monkey he is and threw his head gear to the ground and swore every rude word in his vocabuary...

big lose for the cowboys and throws a spanner into the aussie side..

your comments?

Too bad we play em in Round 25, when Thurston will be back, and in career best form

As far as I am concerned - The Cowboys don't even deserve to make the semis...Period.

That says it all...

They've won all of their games in close ones, and been smashed in defeat on numerous occasions.

FFS, they conceded 60+ points to the roosters (when they looked like they couldn't win a game)

Are pain killing needles your answer to everything LOL

I'm sure if it was as simple as a getting a needle, all injured players would be taking them

:p

Their defence is woeful....

Thurston is good, but he isn't a Johns yet, Johns was atleast more solid than him, but i suppose he has everything a star needs.

Cowboys are gone this year.

as far as i'm concerned, the cowboys are quickly becoming the next knights..

relying too heavily no thurston for success. they've got the personnel to do damage even without him. Bowen, Payne etc...

as soon as o'donnel was gone, you could tell the cowboys were going to struggle without his toughness..
