Well there was this chick I used to work with who was a graduate. I used to refer to her as kid because of how young she was. Not once did she complain or refer to it as condescending. All she would do was playfully throw a comeback at me - friendly office banter

I actually thought of taking pictures but as soon as I mentioned it to the Mayor and the MP, they both said "yeh, we agree". I simply sent an email to the Council, copied in the Mayor and the MP, and the Council gardeners were at it a couple of days later.
