The Strathfield Shirts

How funny was it with all those people wearing those red shirts that said "Strathfield supports the Bulldogs" (or along those lines).

They were handed out to hundreds of fans and there was one corner of the ground that were all wearing it, great way to send a message lol

I reckon it might of been Strathfield who made them loll cause it wasnt only a few, it was hundreds and hundreds of them, awesome work

I saw that at the game and noticed they were all sitting at one corner.

I didn't see anyone handing them out but reckon it could have been Strathfield employees that were at the game wearing them and that maybe the owner bought tickets for them all to send the message.

Dunno, just a theory.

lol ok i got one here, my sis got it at the game and just got it handed to her off some random people. Its just a plain red shirt which says at the front "Strathfield, Supporting the Bulldogs"

Yeah real good. Strathfield get even more FREE publicity and any attempt of the Bulldogs to try talk Telstra around would now be void.
Great marketing from Strathfield, Wouldnt be suprised if they knew from the start it wouldnt go through as they have dealt with other clubs in the past.
Also recently going broke they wouldnt have piles of cash to throw around.
I wouldnt be suprised if the whole thing was just one big stunt.
The drama only came to light on Friday but somehow over the Easter Weekend they get 1000 shirts made up

sounds like a huge stunt. hundreds of shirts made banners made all over a weekend with 2 public holidays
